The Legal Stuff

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has specific guidelines requiring bloggers to disclose any paid endorsements. We do not currently have any paid endorsers, although if you would like to contribute to the cause I’m listening. If and when we get money for our invaluable information, we will make sure that you know about it. The links and information we provide are based on our experiences and, well frankly, just stuff we think is useful. The blogs are written by Haril and Karen Walpole and are intended to entertain and inform our readers. They are our personal opinions based on our own experience and research, and sometimes involve a glass of wine. While we do our best to be factual, I have been known to be wrong a time or two. If you see something that is inaccurate, you don’t have to report me to the Feds. It wasn’t intentional. Just let me know and I will correct it or delete it. From time to time we may post prices on specials and such. The travel industry changes day to day, so those prices could expire at any time. How's that for disclosure? Dang, I shoulda been a lawyer.
